Ross Schools
The Ross School District serves Ross and sections of Kentfield and has only one school, Ross School, which provides education for students from Kindergarten thru 8th grade. All students continuing in the public school system are part of Tamalpais Union School District and typically attend Redwood High School. Unique to Ross school is the Learning Lab Program which provides extra help for students in specific areas of need. In 1991, Child magazine named Ross Elementary School as one of the top ten schools in the nation. The academic ranking is the 99th percentile, the highest any school can achieve.
