How to sign up:
  1. Click Login and sign in as a New User
  2. Create a new search-start with a price range and a minimum number of Bedrooms; then click "Save search"
  3. When prompted Name the Search (example: Mill Valley 1.5 - 2) and check that email notifications defaults to "New & Updated" and then Click "Save".
